Shipping Items ordered by customers will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Usually, items will be shipped between the same day the order is received and 1~3 days later.
For pre-order items, we will ship the items after they are in stock, and the estimated arrival date will be shown on the product page.
We also ship from our overseas warehouse the day after the order date. The product will be delivered 8~15 days after the order date.
However, delivery may be delayed when orders are concentrated or around holidays.
Please note that the delivery date for pre-order items may be earlier or later than the scheduled arrival date on the product page due to production reasons.

Once an order is confirmed, it can be canceled within the same day.

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to let us know that you wish to return it.
  2. The following items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  3. In the case of non-returnable items

    ・Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days

    ・Products that are damaged in the packaging (packages, boxes, etc.) specified by the manufacturer

    ・Products that have been used or show signs of having been used at least once by the customer

    ・Products that have been processed by the customer or repaired or cleaned after delivery

    ・Products that have been defaced or damaged by the customer

  4. Please contact us in advance. If you wish to return a package, please contact us without rejecting the package directly. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the logistics service provider's warehouse and we will not be able to process the return directly. If you do not contact us first, we will not accept your return.
  5. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for all costs.
  6. In the event of a return, the previous shipping charges will not be refunded.
  7. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
・For PayPal payments, refunds will be credited back to the original account within 2 days.

・For credit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the original account within 7 days.
