About Delivery

This section describes the process from ordering to arrival of the goods and how they will be delivered.

【About Delivery service】

  • We can deliver to anywhere in Japan. (Please note that overseas can only deliver to Southeast Asia/North America/Europe)

  • Delivery is handled by Sagawa Express.

  • Usually shipped from our overseas warehouse the day after the order date. Orders containing "Pre-Order Items" will be sent in two packages.

  • Delivery of pre-order items is different from regular items. For more details, please contact the customer center.

  • Shipping may be delayed due to congestion during the SALE period.

【About packaging】

  • Please note that we do not offer a service to combine multiple orders into one.
  • Gift wrapping service is not available now.

【About shipping】

  • Shipping fee is a flat rate of 725 Japanese yen (tax included) nationwide.
  • Shipping is free for purchases of 10,500 Japanese yen (tax included) or more.
  • International Shipping Fee

  • Shipping fee must be paid per order (even if multiple items are ordered in one order, the shipping fee is the same).

  • You can change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer center to do so.
  • Please note that it is not possible to specify the delivery date and time.
