Cancellations, returns and exchanges
- After confirming your order, you can cancel it on the same day.
- Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product that you would like to return it.
- The following items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products that have been processed by the customer or that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery
Products that have been defaced or damaged by the customer
- Please contact us in advance. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first. If you do not contact us first, we will not accept your return.
- If you wish to return an item, all costs will be borne by you.
- In the case of a return, the previous shipping fee will not be refunded.
- The refund will be processed after we receive the returned item.
・If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the original account within 7 days.
